We want to help our community during this difficult time, so we’re hosting a Drop-Off collection and Drive-In pick up beginning April 13th.

Helping out our Community

We’re collecting non-perishable food items, medical supplies for our frontline health care workers, and used or new laptops for local students to assist VVCC families and community members in need.

Please drop off your donations in the Atrium during weekend services.

We are accepting donations of the following items:

Non-perishable food:

  • This will go to families in need of food at this time. Examples: cereal, canned vegetables, fruit, soup, spaghetti sauce, pasta, peanut butter, canned tuna, crackers, chips, rice, beans, other dry foods, and of course toilet paper.

Laptops:

  • These will go to students at Village View Christian Academy that don’t have devices for online learning. Laptops must be under five years old. Our IT team will scrub them.

Medical Supplies:

Medical schools, dental clinics, elective surgery centers, private vendors, residents, and others are asked to donate ONLY the following items:

  • Impervious gowns

  • Face shields

  • Surgical masks

  • N95 masks

  • Tyvek suits

  • Exam gloves

The equipment must be medical grade personal protection equipment (PPE) and new in the box or unused. All sizes are needed. The supply of donated equipment will be used locally in hospitals, nursing centers, assisted living facilities, or other areas of need.
